    When major works impact leaseholders, the Section 20 consultation process ensures the correct legal procedure is followed before any work begins. At Nassars Surveyors, we manage this process smoothly and efficiently by advising, preparing and issuing consultation notices, managing leaseholder feedback, and coordinating tenders in full alignment with the Landlord and Tenant Act 1985.
