We ensure our projects meet the requirements of the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015, coordinating with duty holders and advising clients on their responsibilities to maintain safe, compliant sites.
5. Project Oversight & Quality Control
Throughout the works, we carry out site visits, valuations, progress reviews, and defect inspections ensuring works are completed to specification, on budget, and with minimal disruption.
6. Completion & Handover
At project close, we manage snagging, certification, and final sign-off, leaving a complete record for full transparency and peace of mind.
